Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The COO will oversee Sales & Marketing, Sales Operation, Legal, Administration, Human Resources and Finance. The COO will collaborate with executive team and departments in headquarters to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations and lead organizational capacity-building efforts, transformation initiatives, and change management.
**Responsibilities**:
Ÿ In partnership with General Manager, leads the development of annual work plans and goals tied to the strategic plan.
Ÿ Works to assess organizational performance against short and long-term strategic goals and objectives and recommends modifications to the strategic plans and corresponding goals and objectives.
Ÿ Oversees the ongoing implementation of the operations and administrative components of the strategic plan and annual work plan
Ÿ Take charge of the daily company operations, exercise the power to guide, command, supervise and manage the company's operations, and report directly to the General Manager.
Ÿ Formulate business plan and preside over the overall design plan of the company's business system, be responsible for the company's operating budget plan, cost management/expense management, and organize the implementation after approval by the General Manager.
Ÿ Identifies and tracks key operational metrics and drives systems, processes, best practices, and change initiatives that improve service delivery, workflow, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, productivity, and internal and external customer service.
Ÿ Responsible for designing and implementing cross-functional operational processes such as Delivering, Logistic, AR management to promote collaboration and expand organizational impact.
Ÿ Ensures communication, information flow, and collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Sales and Sales Operation department in headquarters.
Qualification:
Ÿ Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field required, Master degree or MBA is highly preferred
Ÿ Minimum of 10 years of operation management experience2-3 years of experience in executive (c-level) leadership role is a plus
Ÿ In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Ÿ Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
Ÿ Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skill
Ÿ Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
