**COST CONTROLLER **_**con inglés avanzado**_

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar registros y aplicaciones contables, que permitan asegurar la generación de información contable integra y con apego las Normas de Información Financiera Nacionales (NIF) y Corporativas (IFRS, USGAAP).
- Elaborar los Estados Financieros y Reportes Financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales acorde a las necesidades.
- Participar activamente en la elaboración y cumplimiento del presupuesto financiero.
- Apoyar en el mapeo de procesos apegado a las políticas internas y en cumplimiento de las regulaciones locales.
- Promover la mejora continua de los procesos administrativos mediante la automatización y digitalización de procesos.
- Revisar las políticas de control interno para asegurar una adecuada gestión del riesgo en las operaciones de la organización.
- Controlar el desempeño financiero del proyecto y proponer planes de acción para mejorar el margen del contrato y el perfil de caja, así como planes de acciones correctivas para mitigar los riesgos identificados.
- Seguimiento de estrategias y planeación financiera
- Control de gastos y costos de proyectos simultáneos.
- Verificar, validar y autorizar el pago a proveedores y empleados antes de su procesamiento y pago.
- Controlar y analizar los reportes, procedimientos y estrategias financieras para presentarlas a la Dirección en México y EEUU.

**Requisitos**:

- **Indispensable Licenciatura en Contabilidad / Finanzas / Economía o afín con titulación.**:

- **5 años de experiência mínimo como Cost Controller, **es valor agregado si tiene experiência en el sector construcción.
- **Nível avanzado de inglés (**excelente habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita**).**:

- **Excelente conocimiento y manej de Office, IFRS, USGAAP y SAP FICO**:

- **Análisis de variaciones, Business plan, Forecast**:

- **Zona de trabajo: Tepatitlán de Morelos y/o alrededores.**
