**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**:Ser la cara al negocio responsable de recursos humanos para la fábrica de Monterrey. Brindar soporte a empleados en sus momentos clave dentro de la compañía a través de estrategias de cultura, reconocimiento y engagement para potenciar el desarrollo de los colaboradores e impulsarlos para ser su mejor versión. Contribuir en la construcción de la cultura del equipo y acompañar al negocio en el logro de los resultados. Siempre asegurando el cumplimiento del reglamento interior de trabajo y las políticas Unilever
**¿QUÉ HARÍAS?**
- Definir la guía de los perfiles necesarios de la fábrica para robustecer los perfiles técnicos y de habilidades blandas del equipo para lograr los objetivos del negocio
- Administrar junto con el LM el proceso de talento interno (carreras)
- Garantizar que se respete el reglamento interno y políticas internas
- Gestionar las sanciones disciplinarias y otras medidas
- Conducir investigaciones relativas a la política de dignidad y trato justo
- Identificar tendencias en ausentismo, rotación, y reportes al reglamento interior
- Crear estrategia de comunicación asegurando que la información se recibe correctamente a las personas correctas en los tiempos correctos
- Realizar anualmente la Encuesta de satisfacción del colaborador ( Univoice)
- Plan de acción basado en los resultados de Univoice
- Cumplimiento de comportamientos sol y los elementos de la cultura deseados en la planta se vivan a través de hábitos en cada uno de los colaboradores
- Liderar los procesos y momentos en los distintos momentos de carrera de los colaboradores
- Implementar mejoras en los procesos para brindar una experiência en cada momento del colaborador
- Ser un punto de escalación para los procesos internos de RH de planta Monterrey
- Ser el punto de contacto sobre dudas de RH, que no fueron resuelta a través de UNA
- Liderar procesos clave de la carrera de los colaboradores
- Liderar foros Developement People Forum, End Of Year,
- Movimientos y Career Ladder de los colaboradores
- Evaluación de Desempeño colaboradores sindicalizados
- Evaluación Supervisores de Excelencia
- Future FIT plan WL1 (coaching)
- Performance Improvement Plan
**¿QUE NECESTAS PARA ASPIRAR A LA VACANTE?**
- 3-5 años de experiência como Analista de Recursos Humanos/ HRBP, People Parter Employee Experience.
- Experto liderando procesos en los momentos clave de los empleados (maternidad/paternidad, dudas IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Joiners/Leavers, Movimientos/Promociones)
- Experiência previa en Relaciones Laborales (Procesos Sindicales).
- Power BI.
- Excel.
- Ley Federal de Trabajo.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Legislación Ambiental, así como Gestión y trámites en Alcaldía.
- Ingles avanzado.
