We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

**LAM Risk & Compliance - Special Credit Unit Payments and Vendors Advisor**

**Role purpose**:
Chief Administration Office jobs support projects and/or specialist teams as well as in established Business As Usual teams.

**Main activities**:

- Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management
- Data processing - data entry, basic data analysis
- Record administration - maintaining records, information resources and data sources
- Coordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services and supplies
- Research - carrying out non-specialist research
- Control - gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business or geographic area aims
- Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
Requirements
- Bachelor degree required
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communications skills and stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions
- Strong ability to correctly priorities activity, and optimize the pace of delivery
- Proficient in the use of Word and Excel (proficient use of SQL a plus) for the purposes of creating monthly dashboards that are presented to the governance meetings Knowledge of information reporting tools Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep is a plus.
