**Production Segment Leader**

**Responsabilities**:

- Ensures on-time production
- Ensure the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals as planned
- Analysis of the previous day's production results (e.g. efficiency, quality, product waste, rejects, etc.) identify and introduce the necessary countermeasures (e.g. KOSU, KATA) and ensure scale-up
- Ensures the optimization and continuous improvement of the production process within the area of responsibility
- Ensure the development of the personnel in charge
- Ensure the efficient use of resources, machinery and materials
- Plan production capacity (equipment, staff) and schedules (including, for example, additional shifts) according to customer requirements
- Ensure the implementation of the maintenance program
- Adherence to the segment budget
- Correct overtime management

**Required skills**:

- Bachelor's degree completed, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, productivity and quality management.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position
- English desirable
- Knowledge of the cable cutting, preparation or assembly process
- Knowledge of material flow
- Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems
- Analytical skills
- Time and self-management
