**Quality Controller / Reporting and CCTV (Bilingual)**

- **Description and details of the activities**:_

Responsible for supervising the quality of processes, regulations, and illegal activities through CCTV for a pizza franchise in the United States.

Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales statistics and incidents.

Constant communication with managers and assistants of every store through Google Chat, Whatsapp, and phone calls.
- **Schedule (Pacific time zone)**:_

Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.

1-hour break each shift

Day off: Monday
- **Knowledge and experience**:_
- Conversational English and Spanish both spoken and written (good spelling).
- Computer skills are required.
- Must have intermediate experience with Google Sheets, Gmail, Asana, and Looker Studio (preferred).
- Must have video surveillance platforms experience.
- Knowledge of reading and making graphs/charts and basic statistics.
- Experience working for a retail store or restaurant environment (it’s a plus).
- Basic knowledge of data analysis (it’s a plus).

Good computer equipment suitable for working from home and a cell phone for Mexico - US calls.

Pay: $14,300.00 - $17,800.00 per month

- 90% English written and Spoken (required)
