Estamos en busqueda de unChief Engineer - Electricalque ocupa un cargo de responsabilidad corporativa y autoridad en ingeniería eléctrica. Dirige al personal de la disciplina de ingeniería eléctrica y es responsable del desarrollo, mantenimiento y cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos corporativos para la ingeniería eléctrica para todas las unidades comerciales.

Responsabilidades laborales

Aplicación de Conocimientos de Diseño
Mantiene el conocimiento más avanzado de nuevos desarrollos, productos, sistemas y métodos para la disciplina, sirviendo como un recurso central para la información técnica y creativa/innovadora ideas
Inicia y supervisa el desarrollo y mantenimiento de estándares de diseño, detalles técnicos, especificaciones estándar, listas de verificación y procedimientos de producción para la disciplina. Revisa/hace cumplir el cumplimiento de las normas.
Asegurar la idoneidad de los centros de recursos internos, bibliotecas, publicaciones, códigos, estándares, pruebas equipos y materiales similares relacionados con la disciplina.
Revisa y selecciona el software de modelado y análisis específico de la disciplina.

Diseño

Establece/mantiene procedimientos para asegurar los estándares de calidad del diseño y la construcción. Es responsable del aseguramiento de la calidad de la disciplina y asiste al personal de control de calidad y aseguramiento de la calidad en áreas de especialización.
Firma y sella documentos cuando el registro de la Unidad de Negocios no está disponible. En esta capacidad, proporciona supervisión de diseño según lo exigen las leyes y normas de ingeniería del estado.
Sirve como recurso de disciplina en el programa de "diseño para la seguridad".
Brinda asistencia técnica durante la construcción para resolver problemas cuando se necesita experiência especial.necesario.

Apoyo a la construcción

Recibe información del desempeño posterior a la construcción de los proyectos terminados, incluida la experiência operativa. Incorpora esta información a la disciplina. normas y procedimientos.

Gestión de proyectos

Desarrolla y difunde información de disciplina a disciplina, otros AE, personal de la unidad de construcción y apoyo para ampliar sus conocimientos y comprensión de la terminología, objetivos y actividades de la disciplina.
Proporciona orientación técnica y asistencia estratégica en el desarrollo del diseño. conceptos (incluyendo propuestas) y participa en reuniones de planificación estratégica cuando se solicita su pericia. Ayuda al personal de disciplina en el desarrollo de estimaciones apropiadas de las horas del personal y los presupuestos.
Sirve como recurso de disciplina en el diseño para la seguridad.
Ayuda en los compromisos y la interfaz con consultores profesionales y acuerdos de asociación con consultores, subcontratistas de diseño y construcción y vendedores.

Experiência educacional

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica de una universidad acreditada. Experiência mínima de 15 años dentro de la disciplina de ingeniería eléctrica, así como experiência en diseño-construcción y/o construcción con antecedentes en Calidad.

Conocimientos específicos

Registrado como Ingeniero Profesional (PE) en al menos un estado con la capacidad de registrarse en todos los Estados.

**Alto nível de dominio de los programas de Microsoft Office**: Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.

**BIM**: Competencia a nível de gerente con los programas Autodesk REVIT y AutoCAD.
Habilidad para leer e interpretar efectivamente la documentación de construcción de edificios y los informes asociados.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales/de comunicación (escritas y verbales) para trabajar eficazmente con otros y interactuar con todos los níveles de gestión.
Excelentes habilidades organizativas para manejar/priorizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
Fuertes habilidades de negociación/resolución de conflictos.

**Seguridad**: Completó con éxito o completará con éxito dentro de un año el programa de 30 horas de OSHA Programa de Capacitación para la Extensión de la Industria de la Construcción.

**Salario**:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mes
