**Job Title**:Remote Senior Social Media Copywriter (100% Work From Home)

**Reports To**:Head of Content and Creative Strategy**Position Summary**:
Our Client is looking to hire a Remote Social Media Copywriter with a high sense of urgency and a desire to make an impact at the fastest growing media company in the Automotive Industry. As a vital member of the team, you will primarily be responsible for crafting words into the highest engaging sentences known to man. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: writing posts for social media across different channels, developing copy for ad placements on the podcast properties, developing content writing for the podcast deliverables, and contributing to our weekly newsletter.**About our Client**:

Our core belief is that increasing transparency will lead to a better car buying, selling, and ownership experience for both dealers and consumers.Within 12 months of launching, the media outlet has gained renown for our flagship brand, which includes a top-rated podcast, a weekly newsletter and viral social channels, boasting over 80 million impressions monthly.**Responsibilities**:

- Stay on top of all automotive trends pertaining to consumer and business interests within the industry.
- Produce short form and long form copy posts for social media with the brand tone and voice.
- Contribute to the weekly newsletter by crafting structure, headlines, body copy.
- Draft youtube titles, megaphone descriptions, video descriptions for youtube, intro script treatments, and corresponding social media promotional posts for our twice weekly podcast.
- Develop scripts for ad reads promoting different social media properties, products, and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience as a social media copywriter with a portfolio chock full of certified bangers.
- Must show demonstrable experience working with US companies via portfolio of produced content
- 4-10 years of experience is highly preferrable
- Strong problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to deliver on deadlines like your life depends on it.
- High attention to detail and spelling.
- Propensity to learn the brands voice and replicate it like a machine on every copy touchpoint
- A perennial student of the game who stays on top of social media best practices and format limitations.
- Ability to take direction and “kill your babies.” Ideas are cheap, execution is priceless.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector a plus but not required
- Must have excellent written english proficiency
