Indirect Buyer Supervisor

Develop purchasing strategies that provide the lowest cost options delivering the greatest value to the business.
- Negotiating contracts with key suppliers.
- Bidding and implementing materials strategies required by Internal and External Customer.
- Purchase of products and services with the best negotiation strategies.
- Creation of comparative commercial charts to generate purchase orders.
- Generate agreements with suppliers, of any complexity and/or with critical suppliers.
- Ensure key owners are identified and trained to respective modules in SAP corresponding to the Purchasing business system (ERP).
- Compliance with performance and cost metrics that are aligned to the business strategies and objectives established to develop plans to ensure compliance. Performance review will be based on these objectives.
- Incorporate the tools and principles of standardization and continuous improvement into your work.
- Ensure that purchases of products or services are authorized and comply with safety, health and hygiene and quality regulations.
- Observe and ensure that the contractor personnel under his charge know and observe the safety, environmental, quality and health measures applied in the plant.
- Ensure compliance and knowledge of all safety, environmental, quality, labor and other measures that apply; as well as employees and / or contractors in their charge.
- Responsible for the total compliance of the element corresponding to GSSF 4 (Contractor's Health and Safety).
- Successfully perform the selection and evaluation of suppliers and/or contractors. Optimizing the supplier base and ensuring a sustainable and efficient business relationship.
- Participate as a manager in the monitoring of the following systems: GSSF, quality management, environmental management, safety management and C-TPAT.

Develop individual contributors through mentoring, coaching and creating strong performance and development objectives.
