Team Overview:
Incorpórate a DiDi Call Center de Cobranza, estamos en búsqueda de talento para integrarlo al equipo de trabajo, ocupando el puesto de Post-Loan Training Agent.

Role Responsibilities:
**Funciones Principales**
- Identificar necesidades de capacitación
- Llevar a cabo seminarios, talleres, sesiones de capacitación
- Desarrollar, preparar y mantener actualizados materiales, manuales y herramientas didácticos, para el desarrollo y promoción de los empleados dentro de la empresa
- Aclimatar a los nuevos empleados a la empresa
- Impartir cursos de actualización en procesos, políticas y sistemas
- Evaluar periódicamente los programas para identificar áreas de mejora en el proceso de capacitación.
- Excelentes capacidades comunicativas para hacer presentaciones y hablar en público
- Capacidad de tomar decisiones, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo

Role Qualifications:
**Requisitos**
- Experiência demostrable como entrenador 1 año.
- Dominio de MS Office (PowerPoint); y conocimiento de software de aprendizaje.
- Licenciaturas en Pedagogía, Comunicación, Administración, áreas a fin. Terminada.
- Experiência de 1 año en proceso de Cobranza y servicio al cliente telefónico.
- Deseable Certificaciones o diplomados como formador.
