Contribuir en la conducción de su negocio a través del impacto en los indicadores Comerciales (KPI´s), con especial enfoque en los temas relacionados al servicio como su responsabilidad claveLiderar todas las acciones, programación de actividades y estrategias direccionadas a elevar los estándares de servicioResponsable de dar seguimiento a la capacitación y cumplimiento de programas que se relacionen con el servicio, así como supervisión directa y retroalimentación al staff sobre el servicio otorgado en coordinación y común acuerdo con el Gerente de tienda.Análisis diario junto con el Gerente de Tienda de los reportes de ventas, KPI´s individuales, de equipo y su comunicación al staff. Desarrollando planes de acción individuales para mejorar el desempeñoContribuir en el resguardar los activos y recursos de la tienda, administración de los instrumentos financierosReporteo y ejecución de operaciones financieras en tiempo y forma. (Reportes financieros, depósitos en efectivo y control de gastos)Contribuir en las tareas de inventarios periódicos para mantener un nível de abastecimiento adecuado.Apegarse a los lineamientos establecidos de operación, administración de la tienda (P&P) y normas de seguridad y reportar cualquier anomalía de inmediato para la oportuna toma de decisiones.Comunicación con el Gerente de tienda y en su caso, District Manager correspondiente, reportando incidencias y retroalimentaciónRecibir retroalimentación y generar propuestas al Gerente de Tienda sobre los procesos de operación, enfocado en el servicio.Responsable, en coordinación con el Gerente de tienda, de la gestión de horarios en función de las horas de mayor tráfico y stylists más preparados. Capacitación y retroalimentación constante del staff a cargo respecto a las iniciativas de la compañía y productoProgramación estratégica de reuniones de equipo, fit sessions, etc.Apoyo y propuesta del mercadeo de calidad en función a las guías de Visual Merchandising y al sentido comercial derivado del análisis del comportamiento del consumidorApoyo en el control y administración del inventario de la bodega, así como de los tiempos y procesos de abastecimiento del piso de venta optimizando la operación
