Materials Planning Analyst Iii

TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis. The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

- Interacción con Clientes para proporcionar compromisos de embarque
- Trabajo en equipo con los diferentes departamentos relacionados con la cadena de suministros.
- Ser el punto focal para la determinación de prioridades con almacén, manufactura y producción.
- Mantener stock óptimo de inventario para el plan de producción.
- Interacción con proveedores
- Coordinación con tráfico y aduanas sobre el plan de importación
- Confirmar recolecciones programadas de material
- Actualizar y liberar órdenes de compra para las facturas recibidas del proveedor
- Actualización e implementación de documentación relacionada con el departamento.
- Revisión de reporte de cortos
- Comunicación optima y efectiva con el departamento de “Customer service”
- Generar órdenes de compra de materia prima
- Confirmar entrega de materiales
- Juntas interdepartamentales
- Coordinar actividades para alcanzar las metas del departamento
- Apoyo en eventos KAIZEN.
- Soporte en implementación y mantenimiento de cultura 5S’s.
**Requisitos**
- 3 años de experiência: Manejo de materiales, planeación, compras, logística.
- Microsoft office
- SAP
- Transferencia de producto
- Inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado)
- Transportación y logística
- Manejo de inventarios
