**The Job**:

- Join Epicor as a Business Analyst You'll be pivotal in gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, ensuring our solutions perfectly align with their needs in collaboration with the Development team.**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to grasp and define product requirements, potentially involving direct customer interaction.
- Craft comprehensive business and customer requirements, detailing scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Produce precise specification documents including customer profiles, detailed user stories (or design specifications), and product changes based on prioritized requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis for roadmap features, encompassing workflow, feature set, and value proposition.
- Execute acceptance testing throughout the development cycle.
- Engage in discussions with development teams regarding features and requirements, liaising with the Product Management team when necessary.
- Conduct demonstrations of new features.
- Work closely with 1-2 development teams.
