Team Overview:
Our team is responsible for acquiring new user for our fintech products in Latin American through paid marketing channels( google\meta\tiktok\dsp...etc). the team is accountable for both the quantity and quality for new users.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with team to create ad materials for paid marketing channels, fulfilling design needs for advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, and app store images.
2. Analyzing and summarizing creatives performance based on advertising data and industry trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of the creatives。
3. Collaborating closely with the creative project owner to ensure the successful implementation of material-related projects.

Role Qualifications:
1. Over 2 years of experience in designing advertising materials, primarily focusing on graphic design. Experience in video material design is a plus.
2. Ability to develop independent design ideas, complete graphic design tasks autonomously, and effectively capture user needs and product features in designs. Familiarity with online marketing advertising material design formats is required.
3. Proficiency in using design software such as Sketch and Photoshop; knowledge of AE, Premiere, and AI is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, a sense of ownership, and a professional commitment to exceeding the standard design requirements.
5. Basic proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
