**Human Resources Generalist**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative support in the HR end-to-end processes including Employer Branding, Communcation and Talent Development
- Recruitment for direct labor positions
- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s)
- Maintains and updates HR systems
- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents
- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Talent acquisition expertise
- Min. 5 years of Industry-relevant professional experience
- Experience in Workday of advantage
- Professional-Level English language skills required
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- **Value for Customers**: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
