**Job Summary**:
This position has responsibility for technical administration and testing during vehicle project development related to vehicle Durability Quality validation.

Leading and coordinating Development test project plans, resources, and manpower. Conduct static and dynamic evaluations, concern detection, root cause analysis give/propose to Design CM ideas/solutions according Nissan standards and Market Feedback. This implies Collaboration and good working relationship between R&D Global Nissan development areas (USA, Japan, Brazil, PRC, etc), and with Assembly Plants to promote quick countermeasure actions validating engineering & manufacture opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning (Self administration - Project management)
- Conduct static and dynamic tests on prototype and production vehicles.
- Manage and follow up detected issues to assure process completion in a timely manner.
- Issue reports and analysis to quickly identify root cause & countermeasure.
- Front line - Quality investigation / Market Feedback analysis for counter measure ideas.
- Evaluate and create cost reduction proposals.
- Define and secure projects budget and administrate it during evaluations.
- Achieve plans on defined time.

**Job Knowledge and Skills**:

- Language: English; able to establish fluent conversation (>550pts on TOEIC)
- Driving skills (Driver license and long driving experience)
- Must have: Attitude, goodwill, teamwork and negotiation skills, knowledge about cars, able to work under pressure.
- Nice to have: Passion for cars, experience working with automotive tools.
- Computer Skills: Ability for Microsoft package: Excel, Word, Power point.
- Competencies: Database management, able to do stack up study and 3D-CAD investigation, methods for Root Cause definition (FTAs, 5 whys, IS-ISNOT).

**Experience**:

- Vehicle Manufacturing.
- Automotive components manufacturing
- Automotive Design Engineer or related

**Education**:
Engineer related to automotive industry.

**Specific Course/Certifications**:
Engineering degree: Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronic, etc

**Travel Required**
- Able to conduct evaluations in other Nissan Facilities, Visa and Passport desirable.
- Able to local, National and International Travels.
- ** Must have driven license.**
