Solar Cold Caller

Hourly Rate: $5 - $20 per hour (depending on experience) + Commission

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Solar Cold Caller to join our team. As a Solar Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our solar sales team. You will be working from home and making outbound calls to homeowners in targeted areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads by cold calling homeowners in targeted areas
- Set appointments for our solar sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation in the solar field
- Knowledge of solar energy is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
- Availability to work full-time
