1. Lleva acabo las siguientes funciones: Fabrica piezas para equipo de manufactura con calidad y a tolerancias de catálogo o manual de fabricante, así como fixturas, poka-yokes, etc. solicitadas por ingeniería para mantener, mejorar y reparar equipos, servicios para establecer níveles de manera efectiva de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas, lo que garantiza que la eficiencia de la producción pueda cumplir con los requisitos del cliente dentro de una instalación segura y bien presentada. Responde a los problemas técnicos que afectan la producción y mantiene los servicios mecánicos a través del Mantenimiento Preventivo Planificado (MPP).

**Gestión general y de tareas**
- Asistir a averías mecánicas, identificar fallas y resolver problemas con un tiempo de inactividad mínimo para la producción.
- Realizar el diagnóstico de fallas mecánicas, el mantenimiento y reparación de todo tipo de planta y equipo de manera segura, oportuna y profesional y devolver el equipo al servicio operativo.
- Estimar el tiempo requerido para completar un trabajo y las posibles consecuencias de no completar el trabajo dentro de los plazos requeridos.
- Identificar y escalar cualquier actividad que tenga el potencial de causar daño o daño.
- Informar a la gerencia las causas raíz de las averías, las fallas del equipo y las preocupaciones
- Asegurarse de que todo el trabajo se realice con un estándar de alta calidad y se adhiera a todas las regulaciones de estándares de calidad
- Asegurarse que se cumplan los objetivos de la empresa con respecto a la calidad de las piezas producidas.
- Identificar los requerimientos de partes de repuestos y el uso del registro.
- realiza a tiempo programas de mantenimiento preventivo planificado (MPP)
- Llevar a cabo los cronogramas de PPM según sea necesario y las órdenes de trabajo planificadas según sea necesario y proporcionar comentarios para desarrollar el sistema.
- Ayuda en el movimiento, instalación, reposicionamiento de máquinas y equipos.
- Hacer un uso completo del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento computarizado.
- Planificar y priorizar la carga de trabajo para respaldar la producción y garantizar un uso eficiente del tiempo de trabajo.
- Registra la finalización del trabajo en todos los sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento necesarios.
- Ayudar a los ingenieros especialistas visitantes cuando sea necesario.
- Trabaja dentro de la metodología 6S, para mantener el lugar de trabajo a un alto nível
- utiliza el equipo de protección personal, siempre disponible, utilizándolo correctamente y que todos los problemas asociados se informen a la gerencia.
- Se asegura de que se informe de todo el tiempo perdido, accidentes menores y triviales.
- Mantenerse al día con las tendencias actuales y en desarrollo de fabricación e ingeniería con respecto al mantenimiento.
- Realiza actividades de mejora continua.
- asegura que los trabajos sean de calidad, mediante revisiones apropiadas.
- Se asegura de lograr metas establecidas.
- Planifica proyectos o subtareas para que puedan ser rastreados y presentados.
