**Responsibilities**
- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid the bidding process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Get accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish precise cost estimates

**Qualifications**
- Higher education is required. Bachelor's degree or a current curriculum in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or engineering degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using Plan Swift and/or AutoCAD would be a plus.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Construction Project Estimating.
- Advanced English level.
- Enjoys working independently and under the direction of others.
- Live in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico
