**JOB DESCRIPTION**
In terms of project management, the role is to own and deliver internal projects including implementations for key strategies, so that we deeply understand the needs, manage the expectations and successfully deliver what the area needs and want.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify resource requirements, project volume and timelines, and risk analysis within the team on all online projects.
- Responsible for maintaining communication and alignment with key members of the online team and global product stakeholders to inform of any changes in project scope from the business partner, or risk to meeting deadlines, through real-time daily reporting.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate relationships within the online group and across the company as needed so they become a reliable resource for getting project updates.
- Coordination of implementation projects from beginning stages to completion.
- Coordination with project teams for visibility and project timing while providing daily/weekly reporting of project progress and deliverables.
- Gather requirements for all new initiatives and identify dependencies.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the online capabilities requirements outlining the marketing deliverables necessary to support the channel managers or campaign needs.
- Adaptable and resilient

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer.
- 1+ years of experience in project managing, preferably digital projects.
- Ability to implement and develop efficient project management workflow processes.
- Extensive experience utilizing good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in a variety of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and management tools.
- General understanding of data integrations between systems and information flow.
