Considera tu siguiente paso de carrera como Airport Customer Service Representative en Cozumel, en Apple Leisure Group. En esta posición proporcionarás un servicio de calidad a nuestros pasajeros de Apple Vacations & Amstar, tanto en su llegada como en su salida, proporcionarás la información deseada a nuestros pasajeros respecto a los servicios que ofrecemos y algunas medidas de seguridad durante su estancia en nuestro destino, todo esto desempeñando correctamente las diferentes funciones de aeropuerto.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Proporcionar asistencia a todos los pasajeros de Apple Vacations y Amstar, en su llegada y salida en el aeropuerto.
- Elaborar reportes de Misceláneos acerca de cualquier incidente ò situación que pueda haber ocurrido con los pasajeros llegando y/o saliendo durante el traslado o en el aeropuerto.
- Solución de problemas que se puedan presentar a nuestros pasajeros durante su llegada y/o salida.
- Mantener excelentes relaciones con aerolíneas, operadoras terrestres y autoridades del aeropuerto.
- Estar enterado sobre cualquier problema que haya ocurrido en su operación y reportarlo inmediatamente al supervisor en turno.
- Reportar objetos olvidados al departamento de Service Center o supervisor de aeropuerto.

**Requisitos**
- Bachillerato concluido
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Actitud de servicio, indispensable contar con experiência de servicio al cliente
- Deseable conocimiento de la zona, hoteles, marinas, plazas
- Manejo de Office, conocimiento avanzado en Excel y uso de aplicaciones móviles.
- Disponibilidad de horario, horarios rotativos de acuerdo a la operación diaria
