**Job Function / **Purpose**
- Manage day-to-day operations of Wireline trucks, equipment and field personnel in the Midland District and provide support to customers and other districts to promote Wireline Services

**Essential **Duties**
- Coordinate appropriate Wireline trucks, equipment and personnel for timely delivery to client at the rig site
- Oversee Wireline Operator training and development to ensure appropriate qualifications for client needs and conduct shop or field training as necessary
- Develop expertise of field personnel in radial bond tools (RBT) and Multi-finger Caliper tools (MFC)
- Recruit, interview and train Wireline field personnel
- Oversee compliance of field personnel with all HSE requirements for safety and/or environmental matters
- Ensure Wireline personnel have proper safety equipment and certifications
- Oversee maintenance of Wireline trucks and compliance with DOT regulations
- Administer electronic driver logging (ELD) System for Wireline vehicles
- Ensure all Wireline tools and equipment are up to field requirements, such as certifications on slings, chains, clevis etc.
- Collaborate with other North America Operations districts and departments to optimize Gyrodata, Inc.’s business
- interests and meet client needs
- Represent Gyrodata, Inc. in a positive and professional manner and maintain excellent client service, including communication with clients regarding job information, pre-job requirements, failures, incidents, data and surveys
- Monitor non-conformance in product or service to the client and work with product Technical Support and third party vendors to identify root cause and develops corrective action
- Communicate with the clients to ensure that the field operations are being performed correctly and safely
- Assist Midland operations and sales teams with sale of Wireline services and client relations
- Provide Wireline Operator services at a client site if necessary, including compliance with all applicable client safety and training requirements and providing corresponding documentation, such as Jobsite Awareness forms
- Serve as wireline operations expert within the Midland District and set up services when required
- Answer calls as necessary during a 24/7 basis to provide support to Wireline Operators
- Order necessary tools, parts and equipment to conduct Wireline operations

**HSE **Function**
- Comply with applicable safety standards and maintain a safe working environment

**QA **Function**
- Comply with applicable quality assurance standards

**Required **Qualifications**
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience with Wireline services, including RBT, pressure control, gauge rings, cement bond logs, gamma and Warrior logging system or similar
- Valid Class B commercial driver’s license with air brakes endorsement
- Experience managing personnel

Ability to travel extensively
- Ability to work non-office hours, holidays and weekends as necessary
- Ability to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer questions from field personnel

**Preferred **Qualifications**
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
- Slickline experience
- Wireline and Cased Hole experience

**Working **Conditions**
- The job is performed primarily in an office environment with mínimal exposure to safety hazards, although there may be exposure to elements and hazards inherent to routine travel. The job requires some physical exertion, including sitting, standing, walking, occasional light lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. The job requires operation of standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. The job requires following written and oral instructions, attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to work with others, ability to meet deadlines, compliance with specific safety protocols and regular attendance. The job requires following and enforcing established policies procedures and meeting quality and safety standards. The job requires attention to emergency and time sensitive tasks, which may include working irregular and prolonged hours. The job requires making decisions based on experience and knowledge without supervision, as well as supervising, directing and training others. The job requires setting goals and responsibility for results.
