Key Activities:

- ** Manufacturing Process Improvement**: Review and optimize workflows, layouts, and production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency. This includes conducting standard time studies and line balancing.
- ** Quality Control and Maintenance**: Implement root cause analysis tools (DMAIC) to address quality and performance issues in production. Also, assist with preventive and corrective equipment maintenance.
- ** Management of Digital Printing Equipment**: Set machine parameters to optimize print quality and production runs, create color profiles, and product parameter recipes.
- ** Integration of New Technologies**: Facilitate the introduction of new decoration processes and equipment in production, while also training employees on digital printing technologies.
- ** Compliance with Standards**: Ensure that processes and procedures comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulations.

Experiência y requisitos

Specialized Equipment and Processes:

- ** Digital Printing Machines**:

- Inkcups, Epson, Brother, Konica, Xerox, Amica.
- ** Decoration Types and Materials**:

- Decoration on plastic, metal, polyester, and non-woven fabrics.
- Customization of promotional products such as writing instruments, drinkware, and bags.
- ** Image Processing Software**:

- Handling image files for production and RIP software for print optimization.

These activities and specialized knowledge in equipment operation are crucial for success in this role.
