PMS Controls Specialist will be responsible to manage PLC, Drives, Communications, Building pints, and technologies to coordinate the management of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, standardization of SMP, SOP, Machine Ledger and AM calendars documents of your technology. Inventory management ensuring that spare parts are available maintain and audit correct compliance with maintenance activities Welding matrix management to ensure processes and any changes are correctly updated to eliminate variation between amp sheets and the process to achive > 90 % OPE of equipments assigned.

Develop projects to reduce the Transformation Cost
Update and develop NNM projects Creation of maintenance workshops for controls technology.
Coordination of technical training to meet the required levels 5 welding instructor to train personnel and technicians in controls responsible for managing resources to prevent online production losses using SPW methodologies. to acomplish the support and analyze execution of battery tray and package components within their process.

Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's.

**BASIC**:

- Bachelor's degree in Robotic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aeronautical, Controls, Systems, ChemEng, Physics or related engineering field from an ABET accredited/equivalent university.
- High level of Rockwell hardware and software solutions
- Proficiency communicating in technical English language. Highly developed communications skills.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in Safety PLC, I/O Groups, Industrial Networks.
- Soft skills: Self-directed, collaborative (teamwork), ownership, sense of urgency/ agile, achiever, leadership & project management skills.
- RS Studio adn Rockwell apps.
- Definitions and calculkations network certifications
- Electrical Diagram interpetarions
- Trained and with experience in problem solving methods like Kaizen, Shainin (Red-X), RPS.

**PREFERED**:
The engineer will solve issues using the SPW methodology through program launches with OEM's.
- Bachelor's degree required in Robotic, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated growing responsibilities, good level comprehension of SPW or similar Operative Systems
- English proficiency written & oral abilities
- Manufacturing processes in machining or assembly, cutting tools, quality systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop the best teams while holding themselves and others accountable
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects while maintaining simple communications to others. Must be able to make tough calls quickly and decisively while maintaining a high level of integrity
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing projects
- Automotive experience
- Participate in cross & read across -projects between plants working with the Plant and Regional CoC. Support MPI workshops with plants and OEM's.
- Develop studies and detailed cost estimates supporting the new projects and retools projects investment requirements.
- Support in readiness of presentations to Top management, for projects ongoing activities
- Develop and support Appropriation Requests providing funding for approved projects.
- Lead OEM and Project Team to develop, analyze and approve Machine and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
- Lead OEM's & Plant team to achieve all of the above activities.
- Responsible for the workshop and robot warehouse based on the guidelines of the SOX law, managing based on spare parts criteria using the methodology of the 7 steps of PM. Administration of unionized personnel under his charge based on the internal guidelines of Stellantisand personnel management.
