**About the vacancy**:

- Our Account Supervisor is responsible for managing her/his project teams’ performance as it relates to client service and quality control, being able to recommend appropriate PR and communication tactics to our clients, and lead teams on project implementation.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- BA in Communication, Journalism, International Relations, Public Relations, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Communication, Marketing Communication Agencies, and/or Public Relations for Bran Accounts (Preferably on Retail Accounts)
- Ability to effectively delegate tactical assignments and accurately supervise and edit the work of his/her teammates.
- Ability to act as a daily contact for clients.
- Fully Bilingual (English - Spanish).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drives the research, planning, development, and execution of public relations campaigns, working with Edelman’s specialists as part of an integrated team.
- Serves as daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate.
- Oversee quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence.
- Crafts internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, new business proposals, etc.
- Drives outreach plans, message development, management of events, coordination of media familiarization trips, effective pitching, and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations.
- Builds a network of industry clients and participate in relevant professional organizations and networking activities that will grow Edelman's brand recognition and its reputation.
- Contributes to new business processes, including identifying new business opportunities.
- Manages day-to-day client budget issues to resolution. Manage the process of developing client scope of work document, with support from finance and practice lead.
