**Wholesale Trade Programs Coordinator**:

**Purpose of the Job**:
You will improve sales growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing program materials, and measuring results for Direct and Indirect Wholesalers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Program Development and Management
- Assist in the design and implementation of trade programs tailored to wholesalers.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of trade programs to ensure objectives are met.
- Keep track of program budget and expenditures, providing regular updates to key collaborators.

**Partnership and Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between field sales forces and internal teams, including RTM, commercial planning, DTE, and Merchandising.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key wholesalers' executives to understand their needs and collect feedback on trade programs.
- Provide program updates and reports to collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze data related to program performance and wholesaler engagement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Training and Support**:

- In collaboration with the Training team, develop training materials and conduct sessions for wholesalers' executives on new programs.
- Provide ongoing support to wholesalers, finding inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to trade programs.

**Skills & Capabilities**:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

**Work Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in trade programs, sales coordination, or related roles, preferably in a wholesale environment.

**Functional Skills**:

- Strong listening skills and ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels, market trends, dynamics, and standard methodologies within the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Proficiency in English (80%).

**PC Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

- Proven track record to efficiently implement and handle trade programs.
- Unparalleled analytical skills to discover key insights and develop program advancements.
