Estamos en condiciones de ofrecer una gran oportunidad laboral para trabajar como **EHS Leader **(Cd. Juárez Chih., México)

**TUS TAREAS SERAN**:

- Dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos legales en EHSS y Sustentabilidad.
- Liderar el cumplimiento de las iniciativas, directrices y protocolos EHSSS de Lear.
- Dar cumplimiento a CTPAT y manejo del sistema de seguridad patrimonial, incluyendo el CCTV.
- Dar seguimiento y mantener las certificaciones de ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Industria Limpia.
- Coordinar la evaluación de riesgos EHSS y liderar las investigaciones de incidentes y accidentes.
- Liderar proyectos de Ergonomía.
- Participación en la investigación de Accidentes e implementación de acciones para evitar recurrencia.
- Llevar registros de los métricos o indicadores Leading y Lagging.
- Administración de los residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
- Apoyar o ser facilitador de entrenamientos, concientización y/o inducción en materia de EHSS.
- Coordinar o apoyar la creación de comités y brigadas con relación a EHSSS.
- Implementar medidas o estrategias para reducción de costos.
- Implementar la iniciativa ambiental y sustentabilidad.
- Recorridos diarios a las instalaciones verificando condiciones ambientales, seguridad y seguridad patrimonial

**PARA TENER ÉXITO EN ESTE PAPEL, NECESITARAS**:

- Carrera profesional terminada en ingeniería industrial, ambiental, seguridad o similar.
- Ingles Avanzado, escrito y hablado.
- Manejo de personal.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Experiência de 3 a 5 años previa en el área.
