**Chat Representative Job Description**

**Job Title**:OnlyFans Chat Representative

Chatters handle the client facing aspects of the subscription platform, chatting with subscribers and focusing on increasing revenue. Chatters are expected to know the ins and outs of all assigned accounts on OnlyFans. Performance is measured by revenue sales, subscriber growth, and retention of those subscribers.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- _Responsible for answering messages on the OnlyFans platform, with a goal of turning engagement into revenue
- Audit messages to assist with gathering valuable data for content ideas and direction, sending daily to managers for implementation
- Learn about the assigned persona’s writing style, background, etc so that messages are as authentic as possible - YOU are portraying the voice of the individual creator
- _Ensuring your assigned account(s) are posting and sending paid content at least twice per day
- Ability to engage, flirt and maintain fan attention, providing excellent customer service and building a strong bond with the subscribers
- Hitting weekly and monthly sales goals to grow the account(s) as much as possible
- Implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Comfortable working with OnlyFans and on a computer/phone often
- Strong reliable internet connection
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of sales strategies/tactics
- Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable"
- Excellent verbal, written, and time management skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Google products and project management software
- Ability to develop professional relationships
- Creative Writing, Content Management and Quality Assurance experience
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2017 or newer
- Efficient problem solver

**Job Details**:

- Mostly Remote, 1-2 days per week in the La Jolla San Diego office
- Pay: $8 per hour
- Travel stipend to travel to/from San Diego (La Jolla)
- Flexible working hours

Pay: From $150.53 per hour
