DevOps Analyst

**What You Will Do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work in a dynamic environment using Agile methodologies to deliver superior results.
- Collaborate Proactively with Support Teams, Project Management, and Vendors on maintenance, enhancement, and break/fix support, to ensure delivery of reliable software.
- Practice software design, software debugging, software documentation, software testing and problem solving
- Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Demonstrated knowledge in a development language (Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript)
- CI/CD experience (GitLab, Jenkins, etc
- Strong decision making, optimization, critical thinking, organizational & analytical skills
- Experience outlining and implementing best-practices and security practices.

**What Will Put You Ahead?**- Experience implementing and/or operating in a DevOps environment.
- Experience using DevOps tools (i.e., Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
- Generative AI/ML experience or knowledge
- ServiceNow core development experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
- Experience in ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, ITOM.
- Experience working in Agile based methodology (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Prior knowledge working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
- Previous experience with Orchestration module and interactions with MID Servers
- Experience working with globally diverse teams.
