We are looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team in FAS Monterrey plant.
**The main mission of the role are to**:
Análisis de Tiempo Muerto por maquina y por UAP.
Análisis de labor por Técnico de Mantenimiento.
Revisión de Tiempo Muerto en TOP 5.
Análisis semanal de Indicador de Tiempo muerto de Planta.
Emisión del Programa mensual de Mantenimiento Preventivo.
Análisis semanal de Mantenimeinto Preventivo.
Emisión de rutinas de Mantenimiento preventivo semanal y mensual.
Administración y almacenamiento de ordenes de trabajo realizadas.
Modificación de rutinas de Manteniento Preventivo.
Administración del Software de MP.
Administración del programa de MP.
Generación de procedimientos de Trabajo Estándar de Mantenimiento.
Coordinación de la Junta Semanal de TPM (Equipment care).
Capacitación a personal en temas de TPM y Mantenimiento Preventivo (Equipment Care).
Asignación de numero de maquinas y rutinas de MP a equipos nuevos de planta.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir el código de ética y reportar cualquier falta a lo que éste marca.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir el código de administración y reportar cualquier falta a lo que éste marca.
Manejo adecuado de residuos, disposicion correcta de RP´s, seguimiento a ainstrucciones de bloqueo y etiquetado.
Mantenimiento a Sistemas de extraccion.
Administración de equipo de proteccion personal.
Administracion correcta de refacciones críticas para HSE.
Aprendizaje sobre la marcha
