Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) group is built on the power of our network. The TTS business includes Payments and Receivables, Liquidity, Commercial Cards and Trade.

**Citi is seeking a highly skilled & experienced TTS (Treasury & Trade Solutions) Technology Transformation Program Manager (PMO) to join the Mexico Transformation team. This is a hybrid role with the employee reporting into the office 3 days a week.**

This is an SVP level role that will support the transformation strategy & execution of the TTS business in Mexico. This is a dynamic role within the TTS LATAM Technology team, with an in-country scope and provides a vertical cross-product view.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing IT strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Directs the creation of multiple projects of work and manages their alignment to business goals/outcomes.
- Aiding in the management of the Mexico TTS Transformation BOW globally and enabling strategic plans for the function.
- Managing budget and financials in accordance with Citi policies and governance. Assisting project teams in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure projects can be completed on schedule.
- Possessing an understanding of client core business functions and products.
- Directly impacting the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IT project leadership based on in-depth evaluations of complex business processes, system architectures, data architectures and industry standards.
- Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives.
- Solving problems creatively & collaboratively based on impact and priority after conducting a thorough analysis.
- Providing expertise in projects managed and demonstrating an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership. Knowledge of Citi's Program & Project Management Policy & Standard (CPMC & CPPMS), Citi's Solution Delivery Life Cycle Standard (CSDLC) & Project Tracking System (PTS) is ideal.
- Identifying stakeholders/key organizations and building and managing relationships with each.
- Communicating status, issues and risk disposition to all stakeholders on a timely basis.
- Assessing risk when making business decisions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. Demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years experience in technology / program management role.
- High technical acumen and known internally and externally as reliable, results-oriented with an ability to motivate teams to deliver.
- Consistent track record having worked as a Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, complex cross-functional projects.
- High-level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude with a bias for speed and execution balanced with quality assurance and risk mitigation.
- Strong coaching and mentoring experience who can guide the team to innovate and deliver on time.
- Experience building inclusive and equitable teams; leverages diversity as a driver for excellence.
- Ability to lead and multi-task, problem-solve, make decisions, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to exercise independent thinking and good judgement under all circumstances. Demonstrates versatility and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Written and verbal fluency in both Spanish & English is required.
