**OBJETIVO**:Incrementar la efectividad y el retorno de la inversión (ROAS) de las campañas de publicidad pagada**, asegurando que cada campaña contribuya de manera significativa a la generación de leads cualificados y al aumento de la visibilidad y posicionamiento de la marca en las plataformas digitales relevantes.

**ACTIVIDADES**:

- **Gestión de Campañas Pagas**:

- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de publicidad pagada en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc,
- Realizar pruebas A/B y experimentos para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
- **Análisis y Optimización**:

- Realizar análisis continuos de rendimiento de campañas utilizando herramientas de análisis de datos como Google Analytics.
- **Investigación y Tendencias**:

- Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y cambios en las plataformas de publicidad pagada.
- Investigar y proponer nuevas oportunidades y estrategias para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas pagadas.
- **Colaboración Interdepartamental**:

- Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para alinear estrategias pagas con los objetivos generales de marketing y ventas.

**HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**:

- **Analítica**: Capacidad para interpretar datos y métricas para tomar decisiones informadas y optimizar campañas.
- **Creatividad**: Habilidad para desarrollar copias y estrategias de anuncios que generen impacto y atraigan a la audiencia objetivo.
- **Gestión de Proyectos**: Habilidad para manejar múltiples campañas simultáneamente, cumpliendo con plazos y objetivos.
- **Comunicación**: Habilidad para comunicar ideas de manera clara y efectiva, tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
- **Conocimiento Técnico**: Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de anuncios como Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, así como habilidades en Excel para análisis de datos.
