Implementation Programmer

**As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for**:
All aspects of the project from beginning to end, developing project plans, consulting with clients on solutions, managing key deliverables, and reporting on issues, risks, and status.
Coordinating the work of internal teams who have responsibility for setting up and customizing the various products and functions of the processing system.
Ensuring custom development is delivered as required for the client
Helping drive resolution of issues through problem-solving, identification of necessary resources, and escalation.

**Basic Qualifications for Consideration**:
Experience with SQL or other programming languages, with the capacity to learn the DNA database model

Hands-on, financial industry experience in conversion programming or software development for information technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, or EDW.

Ability to validate programming results against requirements and donor data

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, as well as lead discussions on business and technical topics

Experience working with Oracle databases and/or relational databases in an implementation environment

Knowledge of banking, including deposit operations, retirements, consumer demographics, financial reporting, banking regulations, and PII policies Must be self-directed and willing to work under strict deadlines with precision and accuracy

Understanding of programming standards, software development tools, optimization techniques, and technical specification experience

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to completion with mínimal supervision and deliver on time-sensitive project tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience coaching both associates and clients through technical issues and long-term projects

Ability to multi-task and change direction in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment

**Requisitos**:
0-5 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience

3+ years of experience in SQL or data programming

100% Bilingual (Spanish-English) (Advanced English)

Availability to travel to USA 40% of the time (Occasional weekend and holiday work required)

VISA and Passport

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
