Team Overview:
The SSL Media team is a regional, cross functional team responsible for elevating our media game and enables building a stronger brand. Regional in scope, the mission of the media team is to integrate omnichannel media resources to Build Brand awareness efficiently and effectively through an innovative and result-driven strategic approach.

Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for a media professional with +10 years of experience, eager to leverage their experience to lead our DiDi Food team for Spanish Speaking Latin America (SSL). This role is ideal for someone looking for a leading role in the food delivery tech industry in Latam with focus on efficiency, effectiveness and operational excellence. As part of the role managing a regional media agency and developing high performing media individual contributors in various teams internally and externally. This leader (He, She, Them) will be the main advocate and owner of the media strategy for DiDi Food in Latin America.

Our SSL DiDi Food Media Lead is responsible for 360 degree integrated media strategy for our food delivery business unit. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
**Challenging media status quo**: Challenge conventional thinking media strategies/ executions by delivering striking campaigns that help DiDi Food to strike Latam markets with memorable and effective campaigns. Be a relentless advocate for media trends, efficiency and effectiveness with senior stakeholders.

**Translate the strategy into measurable results**:Define a clear measurement framework that helps evaluate impact and use it as a north star. Translate data in award worthy business cases. (Fomla, Effies, etc).

**Operational excellence**:Manage a media regional team and media extended team (media agency and internal stakeholders) with diverse, inclusion and growth mindset. Capable of execute complex projects with multi-functional scope that stretch across departments within the company.

**Developing team members**:Lead with example and congruence. Ignite a culture that prioritizes open constructive feedback, structure development opportunities to share learnings and develop skills as a team for high performing individual contributors. Help the team to maximize their potential to bring their best ideas to come to light.

Role Qualifications:
A successful DIDi Food Regional Lead will posses the following qualities:

Media rockstar**:Your media experience and deep understanding of all media channels (digital and traditional) and marketis in Latam will help our stakeholders to co-create the best strategies and campaigns for DIDi Food in the region. You have experience being from the agency, media partner and client side. Your +10 years of experience operating media and building media strategies will help you to create Media Fundamentals for the regional team, working closely with the regional Head of Media.
- ** Win-win collaborator**:Your ability to create synergies between agencies, media partners, digital inhouse team and your stakeholders will position you as the trusted media advisor for SSL.
- ** Excellent communicator**: You’ll have and exciting exposure in the region with senior stakeholders to share marketing results to the company, so you’ll be able to translate ambiguous proposals in exciting campaign pitches and campaign results in powerful business cases.
- ** Agile agent**:You feel comfortable in fast-paced and high-performing environments. You are a quick thinker and marketing/media is your passion. You keep up with campaigns from different industries and categories trends. You are business fluent in Spanish and English. You are a university graduate (Bachelor required)
- ** Data Driven manager**: The use of logic and data is central to your decision-making process. It is paramount to strategies you craft and decisions you make. You also have enough familiarity with analytical tools to manage a team who uses them day-to-day (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, GWI, Admetricks, etc). Conduct market analysis to identify
