**Position Purpose**:
This position is responsible for complying with official and applicable standards in environmental, occupational health and safety, requirements of the Corporate Philosophy in its work area, as well as following work instructions, procedures and documentation (visual aids, defects manual, plan reaction, etc.) corresponding to their assigned operation or operations.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Comply with safety protocols and rules within the plant and in its operation.
Report any unsafe act or condition to the area supervisor.
Follow work instructions for your assigned operations.
Learning operational activities within the work area.
Provide support in the training and development of new staff.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area and plant facilities.
Maintain the tools used in good condition.

Provide support with additional activities (cleaning, inventories, support in other areas, ordering process documentation) when production volume, equipment failures, lack of material, etc. require it.

**Education / Experience**

Required - Middle school or high school with knowledge in the Manufacturing Area
