**Company Overview**

At Naya Homes, were building a property management and hospitality platform that empowers homeowners and real estate developers to increase their financial returns through short-term and vacation rentals while removing their operating burden. As we scale, we will be uniquely positioned to leverage our data to unlock a new asset class in Latam.

**Role overview**

As our Marketing Coordinator and one of our first hires, youll have the unique opportunity to shape the company and its culture, and create strategies that will grow our customer base and make us part of the community in Puerto Vallarta. You will own marketing for Naya Homes in Puerto Vallarta

Marketing Coordinators wear many hats and are responsible for doing everything (and anything) that is related to growing Naya Homes. You will be responsible for creating a community around our brand and making us an integral part of the fabric of Puerto Vallarta and eventually all of the Bahia de las Banderas. A typical day might include setting up partnerships with building managers, launching activations to capture leads, organizing high-impact events, filming content with influencers and even launching a local marketing campaign.

**Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like**:

- Planning and executing local events
- Making sure Naya (and you) become a key part of the community in PV
- Growing our top of funnel leads and brand awareness
- Engaging local influencers and producing social media and web content
- Forming strategic partnerships with local businesses, including building administrators
- Building and nurturing our homeowner community. Experiences are the core of our marketing and word of mouth is our most powerful sales channel

- We are transforming the Latin American vacation and short term rental market by building the first large-scale, tech-first property manager. Were well funded and plan to move very quickly in a market offering enormous opportunities.

**Why you might not be excited about us**
- We're small and were building from the ground up, so if you like more established companies, it's not (yet) the right time.
- Since we're an early stage startup, projects and priorities may shift and we will need to move fast.
- Since you'll have a lot of responsibility and creativity over projects, they may not be defined perfectly initially. You'll be expected to bring your own experience and perspective to help us do the right things, and raise flags if you think we should do things differently.

**About you**
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, PR, events, community management, business development, or a similar field
- Experience launching corporate and social events
- Creativity: we need fresh ideas that will generate new user signups and promote the brand, engaging clients in both México and North America
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
- Naturally curious, involved in learning how things work and always looking for ways to innovate.
- You love to meet new people and create lasting relationships. You can walk into a party knowing no one and walk away having made friends
- Have worked and thrived in a fast-paced environment at an early stage company (Preferred not required)
- Deep customer focus and empathy
- Instinct on how to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency
- Excel at working cross-functionally and being a collaborative team player
- Excellent communicator. Fluent English is required.
