**Job Title**: Freight Broker - (Sales Coordinator)
**Job Summary**:As a Freight Broker for our Auto Transport Service in MBM LOGISTICS LLC, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our vehicle transportation solutions. Your goal is to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients who require vehicle transportation services, including individual vehicle owners, dealerships, and businesses.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
**Quoting and Pricing**: Provide accurate and competitive price quotes to clients based on the type of vehicle, distance, and other factors, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
**Sales Documentation**: Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation required for the transportation process.
**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies and stay competitive.
**Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure transportation contracts while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
**Logistics Coordination**: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle pickups, deliveries, and schedules.
**Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
**Requirements**:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of vehicle transportation logistics and regulations is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for client meetings if required.
Work Schedule:
|Five (5) days per week (Monday-Friday or Tues-Saturday)|
Shift 1
[9:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M (EST)]
Shift 2
[11:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M (EST)]
What our company offers:
Full Commission-based
Potential Income: 30k - 40k PHP
More information about the commission will be discussed further on the second interview.
