We are looking for a new colleague in the Finance Department at our location in Monterrey.

The position will work in support of reporting and analysis on controlling sales related topics, improving adherence to sales controlling standards. Assist in identification and analysis of Customer Claim Potential or Pain Points and supports tracking countermeasures in close collaboration with the Head of Sales (M) Controlling and Product Line (PL) Controllers. Responsible for all sales controlling related report, data collection, consolidation and analysis.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Customer Claims and Recoveries: Collect customer recovery data and report from RU and Product Line, consolidate and analyze report based on scrutiny check with RU and Product Line.
- Track and support customer claim calculation and measures, coordinate between Sales and Finance, Product Lines and RU.
- Customer Margin Enhancement: Support regular collection of project’s profitability by customer and product line, support identification and report of Leaker and Bleeder projects for margin enhancement.
- Auto-escalator tracking and reporting, alignment between suppliers and customers.
- Assist in SPV and Customer Claim related Assets Management: Maintain regular report and monitor Assets Movement of Quick Saving and Price Giveback, Assets of Customer Recovery.
- Assist in preparation for Marketing and Sales related reports and performance reviews: Annual OP, SP; Monthly Actual; Regular Outlook, Profit Walk and SPV Report, Monthly Review of both Finance and Domain M.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or other relevant field, Post Graduate degree and accounting certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance analysis or controlling.
- Experience working with focus on Sales and Auto industry is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to perform complex analysis.
- Good team player and skilled communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to stay flexible and handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability. Fluent English in order to act globally.**What We Offer**
