Funciones Principales
- Horarios plantilla en base a análisis de necesidades
- Compras y control de insumo
- Alta de proveedores y coordinación de servicios
- Nómina, verificación y atención a incidentes Coordinación de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência 2 años de experiência en posición gerente o Subgerente en retail (boutiques, tiendas deportivas)
- Dominio de los productos de Microsoft Office y de los sistemas comerciales minoristas
- Capacidad para construir, dirigir y administrar equipos de alto rendimiento Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y asesoramiento de los empleados
