**Goal of this Position**
- Manage the daily operational business between the customer and the company. Is in constant contact with the customers. Customer satisfaction is the focus of the activities.
- Manage the customer relationship and are responsible for the commercial terms.
- Coordinating and supporting Request For Quote from current and existing customers by defining cost targets, working closely with procurement team for material availability and pricing, submitting to RFQ
- Service and maintain existing assigned customer base, support new clients.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Initial customer contact Communicate PPV with customer
- Open order reports: push/pull
- Communicate w/ other locations wrt orders
- CTB review Shortage report
- Expedite w/ planning
- Enter quote into SAP
- Communicate shipment/delivery info to shipping
- Resolve shipment issues
- Quote review w/ customer costing/labor
**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 2+years of experience as Account Manager or similar position.
- Experience in electronic industry.
- Advanced English.
- Leadership
**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
