**Tu Trabajo**
Establece los objetivos de proyectos, preparando, programando y coordinando todas las labores necesarias

Establece y define las fases del proyecto trabajando con el equipo asignado tales como Manufactura, Calidad y departamentos de soporte para asegurar de los requerimientos adecuados.

**Nuestro Equipo**

Interactúa con departamentos involucrados tales como Producción, Ingeniería, Manufactura, Calidad, así mismo con los Cliente en todas las fases establecidas del proyecto. Participar en todas las transferencias/nuevos productos de cables relacionadas con el area de manufactura de cables.

**Lo que Harás
- Participar y contribuir en los esfuerzos para reducción de costos del proyecto, analizando cada una de las
- tareas/actividades relacionadas para generar un impacto positivo en los métricos de planta.
- Inicia y participa en ejercicios de lecciones aprendidas para determinar e implementar soluciones y actividades de mejora continua
- Entender, apoyar y contribuir al cumplimiento de la Filosofía PBM, a los diferentes estándares de Gestión de Calidad y de Seguridad e Higiene, Six Sigma, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance), ISO, IATF y de CTPAT/OEA

**Quién Eres (Requerimientos Básicos)**
- Experiência en procesos de manufactura de cables y arneses.
- Conocimiento y experiência con transferencia y coordinación de proyectos.
- Administración de programas por medio de Microsoft Project.
- Conocimientos en estándares tales como IATF,ISO13485, AIAG
