**We are looking now for Creative Producer (UGC) to join our team and help us expand our presence in LatAm.**

**Requirements**:

- Creativity.
- Copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices, with a constant search for new ideas and references.
- Сatalog or UGC talent and willingness to expand it with new relevant creators and agencies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and fast, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Comfortable being in front of camera and creating content from scratch and turnkey when necessary.
- Portfolio of UGC projects.
- Having your own successful blog on Instagram or TikTok will be a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing software will be a plus.

What you will do:

- Generating creative concepts and scripts for engaging and high-performing UGC videos.
- End-to-end management of UGC video creation for ads and SMM, including briefing and negotiation with UGC creators and agencies.
- Building a network of trusted Instagram and TikTok creators and UGC agencies in Spanish-speaking Latam and Brazil to facilitate smooth work, and exploring optimal content production methods (fast, cost-effective, high quality).
- Independently creating UGC content when necessary.
- Organizing and overseeing shoots when necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with Instagram and TikTok trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
- Following briefs and collaborating with the SMM and marketing teams on daily basis.
