**Responsabilidades**
- Realizar la evaluación inicial de nuevos procesos como la iluminación, la linterna y la lámpara LED, desarrollar metodologías innovadoras y evaluar exhaustivamente la viabilidad de introducir nuevos esquemas de procesos.
- Desarrollar planes de validación para nuevos procesos, supervisar de cerca el progreso de la validación a lo largo del proceso, compilar informes de producción de prueba y realizar análisis 8D sobre cuestiones críticas.
- Implementar la incorporación de nuevos esquemas de procesos, mantener una supervisión continua del estado de la producción tras la implementación y realizar un seguimiento de los problemas identificados.
- Diseñar estrategias de mejora, concebir planes de mejora y aplicación, y supervisar su ejecución.
- Responsable de la formulación y mejora de los documentos de procesos.
- Desarrollar análisis y medidas para diversos problemas de calidad que surjan durante los procesos de producción.
- Organizar análisis y establecer medidas en respuesta a las reclamaciones de los clientes y tareas relacionadas.
- Facilitar la comunicación y la coordinación entre departamentos.
- Dirigir las validaciones de SMT y procesos relacionados.
- Supervisar las validaciones NPI de SMT y productos relacionados.
- Diseñar procesos de producción SMT y evaluar los requisitos de los equipos para nuevos productos, incluida la programación y la configuración del perfil de reflujo.
- Gestionar de forma independiente el diseño de plantillas y dispositivos SMT.
- Investigar y recopilar datos de producción de prueba para problemas relacionados con pruebas de nuevos productos y, posteriormente, realizar un seguimiento y compilar informes de análisis.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura o grado superior en Ingeniería Industrial o afines de Electrónica y Mecánica.
- Más de 3 a 5 años de experiência en mejora de procesos y diseño dentro de la industria electrónica o de iluminación, con un sólido conocimiento de los procesos y estándares de producción SMT.
- Dominio de los procesos y normas de producción de la industria LED o de la industria electrónica relacionada.
- Capacidad para llevar a cabo análisis 8D para cuestiones críticas.
- Competente en dibujo, CAD, Solidworks, y capaz de diseñar ciertos accesorios.
- Se dará preferencia a las personas con capacidad de liderazgo de proyectos.
- Es preferible que domine el inglés hablado.
