The primary role of the Project Management Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Project Management team and for helping with many of the duties surrounding project management. They will work as a member of the project team by assisting with project planning, completing administrative tasks and tracking project progress. The Project Management Administrator will need to be well organized and familiar with the basics of project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of assigned projects
- Help coordinate and manage project tasks
- Execute assigned administrative duties and tasks in a timely manner
- Track and report project progress and performance
- Act as a point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
- Support project team in meeting set deadlines and goals

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in software integrations
- Managing a minimum of 3 projects at the same time
- Minimum 1 year using Smartsheets
Pay: $162.00 - $198.00 per hour
