**Project Manager - Supervising Associate**
**The Opportunity**

- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required).
**Your key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to ERP implementation and data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Identifies, documents, and manages project risks assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions an workarounds.
- Utilize ERP expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities.
- Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution.
- Perform project financial management - Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures.
**To qualify for the role**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).
- As a Project Manager, 3 to 5 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
