Tú Trabajo
Identificar, reducir, eliminar y/o controlar los riesgos de seguridad y salud ocupacional, fuentes potenciales de accidentes e incidentes, ya sean de tipo personal o industrial dentro de la Compañía o a sus alrededores.

Asegurar el cumplimiento a las disposiciones legales en materia de ecología y medio ambiente con la finalidad de tener cero sanciones por incumplimiento de las mismas; así como operar la planta de tratamiento residual**.**

Asesorar y coordinar al personal de servicio médico, coordinador de EHS construcción y personal de seguridad en el entendimiento de requisitos legales y corporativos aplicables para su interpretación y correcto cumplimiento.

Lo que **Harás**

R esponsable de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente en plantas industriales, puesto similar o en níveles de coordinación o gerencia.

Atención a auditorías en inglés y español en materia de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente de sistemas de gestión, proveedores, y dependencias gubernamentales.

Dominio de entendimiento de la legislación mexicana en materia de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente en los diferentes níveles de Gobierno (Municipal, Estatal y Federal).

Conocimiento y Experiência en el manejo de las Normas aplicables en la Construcción NOM 031, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.

Conocer y haber trabajado en los procesos de implementación, certificación y seguimiento de auditorías ISO14001:2015 y OHSAS18001:2007.

Trabajar o conocer los procesos de trabajo con la filosofía lean manufacturing

Quién Eres
- Especialidad en Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente.
- Formación como auditor interno o líder de sistemas de gestión ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 y OHSAS18001:2007. Deseable IATF16949 e ISO13485.
- Conocimientos avanzados como implementador y certificador de sistemas de autogestión gubernamentales como industria limpia, cumplimiento ambiental voluntarios y autogestión de la STPS.
- Registro como instructor externo en materia de seguridad e higiene de la STPS.
- Formación en el conocimiento de la legislación mexicana en materia ambiental y de seguridad e higiene (SEMARNAT, SEMADET, STPS, CONAGUA, Protección civil, etc.)
- Formación de conocimiento en herramientas de lean manufacturing (5's, Kaizen, Gemba, VSM, TPM, SMED, KPI, balance scorecard, etc.)
- Formación en herramientas de seguridad basada en el comportamiento BBS, STOP, etc.
- Ingles Conversacional
