**_You Are: _**

**_The Opportunity _**_: _
- Managing all aspects of our Smartsheet solution (Project Plan Templates, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation flows).
- Work closely with the Project Management Lead in delivering additional dashboards and solutions related to departmental roadmap and strategy.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must for this role.
- Support and maintain our existing solution structure
- Design and build dashboards for internal and external use
- Provide end user support and training

**_What you need _**:
**Skills and Experience**:

- Expert knowledge of Smartsheet platform (Core capabilities, Control Center, Data Mesh, Column Formulas, Workflow Automations, customization options features and tools)
- Strong organization and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities with demanding deadlines 2-5 years of experience supporting, configuring, executing changes, and developing reports in Smartsheet
- Strong experience administering Smartsheet including control center, reporting and dashboard
- Understanding of Smartsheet from an administration level and not just as a user of the tool
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics
- High Level Project Management understanding
- Preferred Knowledge of IT Service Management processes, software, and tools Project Management Experience
