**Job Title**:Assistant Controller

**Job Location**:Panzacola (Tlaxcala, MEX.). Presential

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Assistant Controller, **based in **Panzacola Plant (Tlaxcala, MEX).**

**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**
- Support in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Analysis of discrepancies between forecast and budget.
- Follow-up on items that have not been assigned a cost in the system in coordination with A/R and the accounting department.
- Update the database monthly to the plant profile, including units, sales, number of employees, costs per hour worked, etc.
- Coordinate physical inventories of raw materials, finished products and fixed assets in conjunction with accounting and materials departments.
- SOX certification reviews and audit coordination.
- Comply with the safety rules in the plant, as well as with the ISO-14001 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as legal and regulatory standards.
- Personnel management.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance areas.
- Experience in Financial Analysis.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Skill in problem solving.
- Advanced English level.
