We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Internal Quality Engineer SMT** based in** Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. **(E-Systems Division).

As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity for communicate quality objectives to production staff and drive quality improvement activities, leading a 0 PPM mindset and follow up on corrective actions to achieve it.

**Your Task will be**:

- Management of Quality auditors.
- Quality performance of production lines.
- Follow-up of non-conforming material.
- Support for audits.
- Maintains the current controls of the production process and the development of the poka yokes of the process.
- Monitoring that the line operates in accordance with the requirements and giving corrective actions.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
- 3 years of experience at SMT or assembly in the electronic automotive industry.
- Terminal insertion knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of SMT, Backend and mechanical assemblies.
- Microsoft Office intermediate.
- Knowledge of Control plan & PFMEA.
- Advanced English.
