**Industry Data Analyst**

The industry data analyst will support professional market customers (legal, tax, corporates, and government) by analyzing, preparing and disseminating data through unique and thought-provoking insights and ensuring customers are receiving the highest possible value from their interactions with Thomson Reuters Market Insights and Thought Leadership.

**About this Role**

In this opportunity as Industry Data Analyst, you will:

- Design and deliver in-depth financial benchmarking analyses for Strategic Insights customers, as well as the broader professional markets the company serves.
- Conduct data and industry presentations for managing partners, C-level executives, and firm leaders at client firms, as well as the broader professional markets and internal groups.
- Identify business development opportunities through high-level interactions with the marketplace, referrals, and relationship building strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure the timely and professional delivery of services to manage and exceed client expectations.
- Validate data to ensure consistent reporting of defined business metrics.
- Develop content driven by insights derived from data analysis, extensive research, and thorough industry knowledge across legal, tax, corporate and government spaces.
- Project manage the final production of content with internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**

You're a fit for the role of Industry Data analyst if you have a:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, applied mathematics, business analytics or related field preferred
- Familiarity with any professional service industry knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to organize data and communicate results effectively both orally and in writing
- Financial acumen and interpersonal skills to connect with management and associated business issues
- Personable, polished presence and professional image
- Ability to produce work of the highest quality under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Power Point skills
